Rare Diseases in Ophthalmology
OPHTARA
The Reference Center for Rare Diseases in Ophthalmology was recognized in 2006 as part of the Rare Diseases Plan 2006-2011.
The objectives of the Reference Center are:

To allow a precise diagnosis by the medical experts in these pathologies.
-
Define the methods of care for patients and their families.
-
Develop research programs on diseases with ophthalmic resonance.
-
Inform patients and families.
-
Define and disseminate referral protocols, in conjunction with the HAS and the National Union of Health Insurance Funds (UNCAM).
-
To be interlocutors for the associations of patients.
